If you&#8217;re like me you most likely spent plenty of money on all those things we see on the T. V. , and in the stores which claim to be the one that may give us the body we&#8217;d like.</p>
<p>Well they never appeared to really do the trick for me. So I decided to do a little research, and put together my private plan on how it&#8217;s possible to get rock solid abs. I use my system 5 days each week, and i have seen good results from it.</p>
<p>First what I like to do is jog for 2 miles. Running or jogging is the main key to building your abs. Most people think to have perfect abs they must do millions of crunches. That is merely a myth. Yes crunches do help, but the most significant factor is cardio exercise programs.</p>
<p>Before fat even starts to burn away from your gut you have to run at least 30 mins. So jogging for 2 miles at a medium speed takes about thirty mins for me. After I am done jogging my two miles I will then walk for a mile, then jog again for my last mile.</p>
<p>So when all is set and done I have jogged / walked 4 miles. Now this might look like a lot but it&#8217;s actually not. Of course you&#8217;ll probably have to build your way up to four miles. So start off by doing 1 mile for a week then 2 miles the following week, and work your way up to 4 miles.</p>
<p>Once you have completed the jogging and walking it&#8217;s the time to do some abs crunches to aid in building the muscle in our body. This can easily be done at any gymnasium, or right in your home. I advise that you lay down on a mat to assist in giving your back more support and comfort. For a start doing three sets of 20 AB crunches is perfect we don&#8217;t have to kill ourselves. When you did that for a couple of days work your way all of the way up to 3 sets of 50.</p>
<p>So this is the plan that I have put together to get rock solid abs, and i have been using this system for two months now, and I now can look in the mirror and see my abs like I usually wanted. This is easy to do for any one, and it works!</p>
<p>Losing body fat is not really as difficult as it may seem. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Why would wu yi tea be all you needed to lose some weight? I am not one to buy into such silliness, but just listen to what happened when I least expected it.</p>
<p>You should understand that I am in fairly decent shape and if I gain a little weight, it hits my stomach first. Nobody likes the extra roll(s) of fat on their abs, but it happens. I try to watch what I eat, though I am quite fond of an occasional cheeseburger (okay, and wine, chocolate etc.). I enjoy <b>working out</b>, but I do lapse out of my routine when things get hectic like say, Christmas?</p>
<p>This usually means that by mid-January, my jeans are a little tough to button and I walk around in jogging suits until I shed the unwanted weight. This holiday season was different, thanks to this \&#8221;too good to be true\&#8221; weight loss remedy.</p>
<p>My husband was given a box of wu yi tea at work. He is not a big tea drinker, so I replaced my couple of mugs of black tea with the wu yi tea. I really enjoyed the flavor, but I was not really drinking it for weight loss. After all, I already knew I was going to gain my holiday five and I would worry about that later.</p>
<p>I went about my business, shopping, decorating, wrapping, working and of course, eating all the lovely, fattening holiday cuisine such as prime rib, mashed potatoes, cheesecake and of course, eggnog martinis. I did not have any time to work out (nor did I feel like it while eating like that!).</p>
<p>After the craziness of the season was over, I reluctantly went to the scale. I had not noticed my jeans getting tighter, but I hoped my ab <b>exercises</b> in October and November had maybe helped me sort of hold in the fat. Not that it would not be there. Do you have any idea how many calories are in cheesecake? (Oh, and the pecan pie? And the brownies?)</p>
<p>Wrong! I lost weight three pounds! I still did not believe it could be the wu yi tea. I knew it was loaded with anti-oxidants and when I reread the label, I figured out it also had wu yi tea extract. This sort of boosted its abilities to increase fat-burning.</p>
<p>Still not convinced, I did a little test. I stopped using the wu yi tea in my iced tea and went back to just black tea. I did not eat cheesecake (kind of tired of it), nor did I pig out. I ate around the amount of calories one would consume to maintain their current weight. I did not work out.</p>
<p>A month later, the 3 pounds were back. Well, I am back to drinking wu yi tea and I even blew the dust off the treadmill. I like the way I feel when I work out (more energy). I am back to eating a normal, healthy <b>diet</b>. However, I do not really mind the fact that if I do happen to slip in a cheeseburger here or a martini there, my wu yi tea has my back!</p>

However, in this process, you are missing the main point, the point; it contains lot of calories, which is not good for your health. Let, me back this up with some statistics. On an average American needs 1500 calories a day. However, if you have fast foods, these add up to your normal calories, which in long term could be prove to be very lethal. It will be not a surprise, when you have a big belly.</p>
<p>Our Sedentary Life Style: Our life style plays a major role in our weight gain and especially in growing of our tummy. Long office hours spent in front of a computer, without any physical activity, makes our stomach grow big in due course of time. The Body metabolism needs forces such as <b>exercises</b>, walking, and jogging to operate itself in full gear. In absence of such activities, calorie intake is more than it is burning.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>How do I get ripped? How do I lose body fat? How do I lose this extra weight? These are questions that I\&#8217;m asked regularly once people find out that I\&#8217;m a personal trainer. Since I\&#8217;m not one to feed you b.s., I have to tell you it isn\&#8217;t easy. It requires adopting a new lifestyle, and that means discipline and commitment. If you are willing to do that, use the plan I\&#8217;ve laid out below and you\&#8217;ll get some serious results.</p>
<p>1. Muscle recruitment is your best friend. Muscle recruitment refers to how much muscle you use while exercising. So why is this important? If you want to lose fat and/or weight you need to burn off a lot of calories. The more muscle you use the more calories you burn, so the more fat you lose. Engaging lots of muscle is simple; it\&#8217;s all about <b>exercises</b> you choose.</p>
<p>Here\&#8217;s something you\&#8217;ve probably seen at the gym: A guy with way too much belly spending an hour isolating his biceps and triceps. Bad choice my friend. Since biceps and triceps are small muscle groups, working them individually doesn\&#8217;t recruit much muscle. Let me show you a better option. Rows (cable, dumbbell, or barbell) trigger the large muscles of the back and the biceps at the same time. Tricep pushups or dips trigger the chest and shoulders as well as the triceps. Some other good picks for arsenal are bench presses, squats, and deadlifts. Of course there are many more <i>exercises</i> out there that also fit the bill.</p>
<p>2 . You Should Use Circuit Training Workouts. I have never seen a better approach to <b>fat loss</b> than circuit training. Here\&#8217;s how you to do it: work your way through a sequence of 4 &#8211; 6 <u>exercises</u> with 5 &#8211; 15 seconds of rest (based on your fitness level) between each exercise. This is anaerobic cardio and when combined with correct eating habits, it results in <i>fat loss</i>. For best results your goal should be to complete your circuit as many times as you can in 60 minutes. If you can\&#8217;t endure for that long, workout for a shorter period of time (at least 20 minutes) and increase your time in small increments with each workout.</p>
<p>3. Use a journal to keep the results coming. Listen up because this is really important! If you don\&#8217;t keep pushing your body to the next level, your results won\&#8217;t go to the next level. The human body has an amazing ability to adapt &#8211; that means what was once a challenge will no longer be a challenge after a little while. If your workout stops being tough, you will stop losing fat. So keep a journal (during your workout), and track the following (per exercise), weight or intensity, amount of repititions, and total amount of sets. By increasing at least one of these each time you train a muscle group, you will make sure positive results continue.</p>
<p>5 Vary the exercises and methods (stability ball, free weights, calisthenics, plyometrics, etc) you use. You might have also heard this called muscle confusion. It puts a constantly changing demand on your body, which keeps your body from adapting and prevents plateau.</p>
<p>So here\&#8217;s the short &#8211; lose fat and pounds and you\&#8217;ll get ripped (DUH). To get there, combine these pointers with a quality <b>nutrition</b> plan and you won\&#8217;t be disappointed with the results. 2- 3 sessions of power cardio (brisk incline walk, swimming, or jump rope) per week , 10 &#8211; 30 minutes long should be performed on your days off from strength training. <p>1. Never restrict food from your children. Doing so actually increases your children\&#8217;s risk of developing eating disorders later in life, such as bulimia and anorexia. Also, food restriction tends to hinder growth and development, as well as leading to bing eating later in the day. Bing eating leads to weight gain. </p>
<p>2. Have healthy food in your home. Your kids will eat what is visible to them. Use this to your advantage. For instance, keep apples, oranges, bananas and pears in a bowl on the counter, not a drawer in the fridge. Also limit the empty calorie foods which you keep on hand. Doing this will teach your children how to select a healthier <b>diet</b>.</p>
<p>3. Avoid labeling foods as healthy and unhealthy. Rather, associate foods to areas of interest to your children, such as sports, school, and favorite hobbies. Make your children aware of the fact that certain super foods, such as turkey and yogurt, provide the physical and mental energy to strengthen their sports and academic achievement.</p>
<p>4. Praise healthy choices. Give your children a proud smile and tell them how smart they are when they choose healthy foods. Kids thrive on positive reinforcement!</p>
<p>5. Don\&#8217;t nag about unhealthy choices. If your child chooses unhealthy foods infrequently, ignore it. However, if your child always wants fatty, fried food, redirect the choice. You might try roasting potato sticks in the oven (tossed in just a bit of oil) instead of buying french fries. Or, if your child wants candy, you might make fresh strawberries dipped in a little chocolate sauce. Too busy? Then keep naturally sweet dried fruit at home for quick snacks.  With consistent effort taste buds change and soon your child will be craving healthy foods.</p>
<p>6. Absolutely avoid rewarding children with food. Doing so often leads to weight problems later on in life. Rather, you should reward your children with a healthy activity, such as going swimming, or a trip to the park.</p>
<p>7. Sit down to family dinners at night. If this isn\&#8217;t a tradition in your home, it should be. Research shows that children who eat dinners at the table with their parents have better <b>nutrition</b> and are less likely to get in serious trouble as teenagers. Start with one night a week, and then work up to three or four, to gradually build the habit. </p>
<p>8. Ration food portions for your children in the kitchen. This allows you to place healthy food portions on everyone\&#8217;s plate. In time, your children will be able to determine what is a healthy portion size. </p>
<p>9. Allow your children to exercise some decision making. Listen to your children\&#8217;s food likes and dislikes. This is especially important when it comes to healthy food.
